*Registered act agrees to give the New Skool Rules foundation and Epitome Entertainment unrestricted authorization to use my name, photo, voice recording, video recording, entry materials or likeness in promotional materials without further compensation. (except the regular rights like royalties)
*Registered act releases and agrees to hold harmless and blameless New Skool Rules foundation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, sponsors, co- sponsors, volunteers of the companies and all other parties connected from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, personal damage, theft including death and property arising in whole or in part directly or indirectly from acceptance and/or participation in the New Skool Rules AUDITIONS.
I’m the person who filled in the enlistment form or I am the legal manager/ agent of this act and I”m allowed to fill this in.
